Welcome to EGOPROOF

Who we are

EGOPROOF is two messy, creative humans, Ang and Ryan, building something between burnout and a breakthrough. We come from mental health work, music industry chaos, apparel, and design, with too many notebooks, a lot of paint splatter, and not nearly enough apathy to accept injustice.

What we stand for

We say what needs to be said, whether it makes people laugh, flinch, feel seen, or start a conversation they weren’t ready for. Our words are weapons. Our tools are tape, paint, clothing, pixels, pens, and guts.

Why we create

This project comes from lived experience: grief, depression, anxiety, and the stubborn hope that art can interrupt the scroll, the silence, or the cycle. Sometimes that looks like a T‑shirt. Sometimes it’s a mural painted in the freezing cold.

How we work

We do it all ourselves. We write, draw, print, tape, mess it up, and try again, usually with snacks nearby and one of us insisting “this is the one” while the other rolls their eyes. It’s unpolished. So is the world.

What we believe

Weirdos never die. Love is resistance. Sometimes the most revolutionary thing you can do is leave a kind note where a stranger will find it.

Fair ask. We’ve been creating progressive art for over 25 years. Chicago made us, but now we’re full-time nomads making art and products about mental health, human rights, and social justice. We make words loud so nobody has to carry them alone. Often, the things people feel but don’t always say. A portion of every sale goes to causes we believe in. We’re stubborn, honest, and allergic to neutrality. Be kind. No excuses.

Most of our items are available in a wide range of sizes. Additionally, most items are available in various styles. If you see a T-shirt design you like and want it on a hoodie, check the hoodies section or use the search bar. Feel free to contact us if you can't find what you're looking for, and we'll do our best to make it happen.

We donate $1 of each item sold to non-profits and organizations supporting progressive, humanitarian, and justice-oriented causes around the world. All donations are automatically calculated and transferred to our charity partner every month to ensure compliance and timely processing.
