Don’t Forget To Breathe

Breathe in slowly. Hold your breath for 3 seconds. Breathe out slowly. Do that 3 times. We all need it right now. People have told me they have sore stomachs, nervous poops 😂, and I have had chest pressure all week. We’ll make it through come hell or high water. And tonight, we shall drink and blaze with the best of ‘em.
