Despite the myth that we’re okay if we look okay ❌ we should all be aware that a whole helluva lot of us suffer from some bullshit. ⭕️We’re not alone, even if and when we feel like we are. TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH. 🗣 And talk to your friends about it. Maybe they feel the same? Maybe they need someone to talk to about it and y’all didn’t even know? 🤝 And maybe, if they don’t give AF, you don’t need them in your life. 🚫 That’s the facts, jackabees.
