🤗 It’s a new day. Embrace it. What are you gonna do today?! As hard as it can be to live in the moment, we’ve gotta try! I suffer from clinical anxiety and OCD, and I’m always thinking about what I’ve gotta get done, some other nonsense that’s stressing me, the future, or something else. I should say, overthinking. I constantly have to remind myself to be in the moment. And that means giving attention to whatever is going on now, including enjoying all those seconds and minutes and hours before the day is gone forever. Try to take a break from the clutter and embrace all the good that you have around you. It’s there!
