What would you say? I assume I’m not the only one who has things inside my head that I’m afraid to say. Sometimes, we get anxious or nervous or worried about making people angry or sad, or causing problems. But, the longer we hold a lot of those things in, the worse it can be for our own mental and emotional health, despite the perceived risks. Saying what we’re afraid to say can foster growth, I think. 🧐 It might be painful in the short run, but better in the long run. My $0.02 anyway. What do you think? Am I off base? ❤️ Have a great day!
