There Is No Right Or Wrong Way

How are you feeling? Anxious. Annoyed. Depressed. Angry. Sad. Restless. Positive. Negative. Frustrated. Happy? There’s a lot of bullshit going on right now, and it can be stressful for a lot of us. If not all of us. Whatever you’re feeling, it’s okay! In times like these, with all this emotion and pent-up energy, we’ve just gotta take it one day at a time and be hopeful about the future, no matter how grim it may look to some of us. Try to let your friends and family and neighbors and fellow human beings feel what they need to feel at the moment without letting yourself get worked up. We can do this. We will do this. And there is light at the end of the tunnel!!! 😘
