Thoughts Are Just Thoughts
Thoughts are just thoughts! People like me - anxiety and OCD - often get trapped by our brains into worrying about all kinds of shit that never even happens. These are just thoughts that our brains are lying to us about. You and I have got to keep fighting the bullshit, and also be realistic about what’s true and what’s utter nonsense. It’s almost always the latter. Easier said than done, but every day is a chance to keep working on it. If I can work at it, so can you. Have a great weekend, everyone! ✊️
