You Are More Than Enough (Asheville, NC)
With all the “influencers” and celebrities and even your neighbors, it can be tough as hell to focus on being yourself and not be envious or try to be like some other supposed “amazing” person on social media. Don’t I know it, given who I follow on social. Some of us are cool, some aren’t, some care, some don’t. The best thing you can do is be your genuine self, and let the universe do its work. It sounds like bullshit, I know, because I, too, struggle with it. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be inspired by others, or you shouldn’t work hard, or be motivated, or do your best. Just, don’t get lost in trying to be something you’re not, and don’t waste time trying to figure out how to be someone you’re genuinely not. Or some shit.
