You Are Not Alone

You’re not! You might feel alone. You might physically be alone. But! Others like you are struggling like you. There are people who love you and want you to be around. It’s a fact, no matter what your anxiety or depression or other condition tells you. Don’t be afraid to get out there and get after it. After all, what’s the worst that could happen? Easier said than done, take it from me. But, if I can work at it, so can you. And in the end, if you’re still feeling alone, you’ve at least got me. One way or another. 💕
