You Are Stronger Than You Think You Are

Some people hit one workout and are pissed they aren't showing abs yet. Some people work out for months and don't realize how far they've come until someone else says something. Regardless of whether we're talking about exercise, or intention, or trying to quit biting your nails, there's always a little more in the tank than we think. It's not always about the one action, positive or negative, it's about choosing consistency and realizing change doesn't come in a day, or a week, or a year. Change is intentional, and if you needed a reminder, here it is: YOU ARE FREAKIN' STRONGER THAN YOU FREAKIN' THINK YOU ARE. - Love, Dad
