Your Voice Matters
📢 It’s true! It doesn’t matter who you are, because we’re all equal in this world despite what others would have you believe. Don’t be afraid to speak your mind and your truth because, in a way, it might be all we’ve got. Demand to be heard when it requires demanding, and don’t let anyone make you feel like your voice doesn’t matter or you’re not worthy. And if you can muster that, don’t let people patronize you and your voice, either! This is unfortunately very common in the corporate workplace, and I still shudder thinking about my old office overlords before I got the hell out of there. Be your value. Your value is high, much higher than most want you to know. 💪 I may have trailed off there. Despite my ramblings, have a wonderful weekend!
